A full size plot, 10 rods is 2700 sq ft.  90 x 30 ft.
Currently – 2025/26 we charge £9.00 per rod for the plot, including water, increasing to £11.00 per rod from September 2026.
Our Square Hill site has no water – so the cost here is £5.50 per rod, increasing to £7.50 per rod from September 2026.
There is also a £50 plot deposit for access to the allotment site.
