Loose Road Allotments are split over two sites nestled between Mayfair Avenue, South Park and Hazlitt Place.

Both sites vehicle access with parking areas.

The soil is light to medium loam.

There is an allotment shop selling many items including fertilizers, manures and composts.

Shop

The shop at Loose Road is open Sunday mornings, usually 9.30 to 11.30. Also at other times when Dave is on site - there will be a board outside the shop advising that and his plot number. All the popular items such as canes, growmore, BF&B, manures and compost are always available, but everything on the price list can be obtained upon request.
